Phillies Surge to 10-3 Under Mattingly
PHILADELPHIA — Since Don Mattingly took over as interim manager at the end of April, the Philadelphia Phillies have gone 10-3, including impressive series wins against the Athletics and Rockies.
The turnaround features strong contributions from Kyle Schwarber, Bryce Harper, and the pitching staff. Activations like Jhoan Duran have also strengthened the bullpen.
